Alta Gracia City Museum
It has the main goal of recollecting the history and tradition of the men´s work.
This can be seen in its picture collection, documents and newspapers, Pictures and a great variety of objects from the past.
Manuel de Falla Museum
This museum is named alter the Composer Manuel de Falla. It was inaugurated on 14 november 1970. In this museumit can be admired personal objects, books, costume and letters from this musician and Composer.
There are also guided visits and has a documentary library and a discoteque.
Ernesto Che Guevara House Museum
This museum opened its door on 14 July 2001. From there, it is shown the “ Che” Guevara´s life, the place which contributed to the personality of the man who years later would be known as “ El Che guevara”. This museum was the place where he lived while he was in Argentina 1932-1943. On 22 July 2006 was visited by the Cuban President Fidel castro and the President Hugo Chavez ( from Venezuela)
Estancia Jesuita from Alta Gracia and Casa del Virrey Liniers National and Historical Museum
It is located in an anticue residence from the XVIII Century.
This museum house has been arranged in the way the “ cordobeses and serranos” from the XVII, XVIII and XIX.
It is composed by special objects from the day by day life.
On 2 December 2000 Alta Gracia was declared “ World Heritage “ by UNESCO
