Vuelta Alrededor del Lago
Leaving from route Nº5 to the south passing by villa del Dique y embalse, then turns on the right, passing unidad turistica Embalse and going on until the central Nuclear Embalse. At 15 km from the central it gets the locality of La Cruz where there is a beautiful seaside and an old church among other attractions. After crossing the bridge above Quillinzo river and at 5 km ahead you may find Grande river with beautiful places to camp.
Retaking the way , you may reach Villa Amancay, a small fully population at 8 km from the Hidroelectric complex Rio Grande Nº1, then there is Amboy, a town in the past with narrow streets, an old church and a square which remembers its son, Dalmacio Velez Sarsfield. A little further there is San Ignacio, which has this name for having belonged to a Jesuits reduction and also a place for the English soldiers taken during the invasion.
The walk goes on crossing the bridge in santa rosa river, after having passed through Villa del dique and Valle Dorado. There is a way back after 60 km with landscapes of exotic beauty.
